Ego Is Not The Enemy (Here's Why)

You keep hearing that you have to "let go of the ego," but do you actually know what your ego is?

From there we unpack Jung's very different take: the ego as the sun rising and setting, the persona we wear, the shadow we disown, and why real growth in midlife isn't about destroying the ego but shifting its center of gravity toward the larger Self. We close by unpacking the non-dual perspective: the idea that the ego isn't something to fix at all, but a misperception to see through, so you can create from wholeness instead of lack.
